Made-To-Order means your dress will be made specifically to your body’s exact measurements. Also, Glow Dresses provides free simple modification options such as neckline style, sleeve length, dress train etc.

Made-to-order are made on pre-designed dress, but we provide a free simple modification option. The price is standardized.

Design your own dress is your idea and design, we assist you to complete your final design details starting with a sketch to every detail. The price will be confirmed once the design detail is confirmed.

Both Made-to-order and design your own dress orders are made specially to your body’s exact measurement.

Made-to-order: after you place your order, you will receive an email from us within 24 hours to collect your size measurement, and you will have 7 days to submit your exact size. If we do not receive your size within 7 days, we will make the dress based on the reference size you submitted together with the order.

Design your dress order: after you place your order, the stylist will contact you within 24 hours to communicate with you regarding your custom details and size measurement.

Made-to-order price range from USD 400-1200

Design your own dress price range from USD 500 - 1500

After your complete share inspiration, our stylist will contact you to confirm your order detail, custom options, and size measurement. Then you will receive a quote from us, and you will decide whether to place the order.

Glow Dresses provides two types of order, standard order and priority order. Standard order dress will be made in an average 5-7 weeks once your size and custom option is confirmed. Priority order dress will be made in an average 3-4 weeks once your size and custom option is confirmed. Be aware that priority orders with an additional 20% fee will be charged.

Once you place your order for made-to-order or complete share inspiration for designing your own dress order, our stylist will contact you within 24 hours through email to start work with you to confirm order, wedding date, custom detail, size measurements and confirm the quote for designing your own dress order. Once all custom details have been confirmed by you, your dress will go into production immediately. After your dress passes our quality control check, you will receive the dress pictures from our stylist to confirm for any further modification required before shipment.

We provide free alteration in adjustable range for one time if you are not satisfied with the finished dress. Extra fee might be charged if we have to buy fabrics for the modification. If you need to send back the customized item for modification, the round shipping cost will be on your own.

All dresses on Glow Dresses are hand-sewn. Please allow 1 inch (2-3 cm) difference.

After you place your order or complete the share inspiration for designing your own dress order, we can send a fabric swatch. Please email hello@glowdresses.com with the dress you would like swatches for. Note we only offer fabric swatches for 3 dresses and will provide the 2 main fabrics of the gown.

As your dress is made especially for you to your unique size, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any dress including wedding dress and occasion dress.

If upon receiving your Veil & Hair items order you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us at hello@glowdresses.com to arrange a return or have a one time exchange of your item within 5 days of delivery of the order (this includes weekends/holidays). Any return/exchange requests submitted after 5 days of delivery will be rejected.

If you want to cancel your order before your dress custom details and size are confirmed, the cancellation fee will be 10% of the order price.

If you want to cancel your order after  the custom details and dress size are confirmed, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the order price.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Any purchase above USD 159 will be free shipment.

Your order will take around 3-14 business days to arrive, depending on location. Our Dispatch team will send you tracking information so you can track your package.
