Dispatch
- Standard Order will take approximately 5 to 7 weeks to make, and priority Order will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks to make depending on the dress complexity. Your dress will be dispatched immediately after your confirmation of the dress through photos. If any alteration request, generally will take 1 to 2 weeks to alter depending on the request complexity.
- Ready-to-wear Veil & Hair items will be dispatched approximately 5 days after order is placed.
Shipping
- All international orders are sent via UPS Express, DHL or Fedex which takes approximately 5 -15 business days to arrive, depending on location. Our Dispatch team will send you tracking information so you can track your package.
- Currently, all dresses are free worldwide shipment.
Import Duties and Taxes
- Import duties and taxes may be applicable in your country. We recommend you check with their import/customs department for an estimated cost, so you are aware of any charges you may be required to pay.
