Standard Order: 

• Wedding dress will take 6 to 7 weeks to make after your custom detail and size is confirmed depending on the dress complexity.

• Occasion dresses will take 5 to 6 weeks to make after your custom detail and size is confirmed depending on the dress complexity.

Priority Order (150 USD will be charged): 

• Wedding dresses will take 4 weeks to make after your custom detail and size is confirmed. An extra 150 USD will be charged.

• Occasion dresses will take 3 weeks to make after your custom detail and size is confirmed. An extra 150 USD will be charged.

Ready to Wear:

All Veil & Hair items are ready to wear, generally it will be dispatched within 5 days once your order is placed.

Dresses

• As your dress is made especially for you to your unique size, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless it is a genuine manufacturing fault. All items undergo quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing are the high standard. If for any reason there is a manufacturing fault, you must contact us at hello@glowdresses.com within 5 days of delivery of the order (this includes weekends/holidays).

Veil & Hair Items

• If upon receiving your Veil & Hair items order you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us at hello@glowdresses.com to arrange a return or have a one time exchange of your item within 5 days of delivery of the order (this includes weekends/holidays). 
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the return shipment cost is at the expense of the customer which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Dispatch

• Standard order will take approximately 5 to 7 weeks to make and priority order will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks to make depending on the dress complexity. The dress will be dispatched immediately after your confirmation of the dress through photos. If any alteration request after production, generally will take another 1 to 2 weeks to alter depending on the request complexity.

• Ready-to-wear Veil & Hair items will be dispatched approximately 5 days after order is placed.

Shipping

• All international orders will take approximately 5 -15 business days to arrive, depending on location. We will send you tracking information so you can track your package.​
